1Home PageA Welcoming Front Door
The homepage leads with real photos of the More Life community and the "Giving people more life" message, then moves straight into what they do, their story, and the four core services, each one click away.

2Home Page — Events & ContactEvents, Socials & Enquiries
Further down, an events panel pulls upcoming activities straight from the Events Calendar — lunch clubs, movie days, aqua aerobics, Dungeons & Dragons — next to a live Instagram feed and a contact form for new enquiries.

3NDIS Support PageA Landing Page for a Community in Transition
When Centacare closed its local services, More Life needed a fast way to reach affected participants. A dedicated NDIS support landing page — linked from a site-wide alert banner — explains how they can help and gives a single "Connect with us" call to action.

4Game Room PageActivity Hubs That Show, Not Tell
Each activity hub gets its own page. The Game Room breaks down PC gaming, virtual reality, and driving simulation with photos of participants actually using them, so families can see exactly what is on offer.

5Cooking Course PageCourses with Everything You Need to Enrol
Course pages answer the practical questions up front — where, when, and how often — and end with a clear "Enrol at this Course" button that feeds into the enquiry pipeline.
Under the Hood
Clear Information Architecture
Services, courses, and activity hubs are grouped into simple dropdown menus, so participants, families, and support coordinators can find what they need in a couple of clicks.
Self-Managed Events
The Events Calendar plugin lets staff publish and update weekly activities themselves; upcoming events surface automatically on the homepage and events page.
Trackable Enquiries
Contact and enrolment forms are protected with reCAPTCHA and tracked, giving the team a clear view of where new leads come from.
Secure Staff Area
A login-protected area keeps employee-only pages and internal updates off the public site while staying easy for staff to reach.
Solution
Redesigned website architecture with improved information hierarchy. Implemented Elementor for flexible page creation, integrated Events Calendar plugin, added notification banners, and created secure authentication for employee-only pages.
Results
Improved website clarity and engagement, increased lead generation through trackable contact forms, and streamlined internal communications.
